H.O.S.T.S. stands for Helping One Student To Succeed.
HOSTS is a volunteer-based program that takes place at Mother of God School between 10.00 – 11:00 am every Monday and Wednesday.
Volunteers read with individual students to give them extra reading practice and to support the child’s love of reading.
Importantly, the HOSTS program also allows students to build a positive relationship with their volunteer buddy and to support positive self esteem and social skills.
